A Day in Life

A Day in the Life of An Abhyasi:
1. Rise before dawn.
2. Finish cleaning on point B for 10 minutes.
3. Finish meditation as prescribed in Maxim 1 & 2.
4. Capture experience in the diary.
***** Worldly duties begin: Out in the world ********
5. Constant remembrance: Expand the awareness experienced during meditation.
Whenever free, send out waves of this prayer with a lot of love:
6. All sisters and brothers are developing correct thinking, right understanding and an honest approach to life.
7. Everything around us is deeply absorbed in Godly remembrance.
8. All sisters and brothers who are really craving for the Ultimate are being attracted towards our great beloved Master. They are all being pulled towards him.
***** Back at home. Day ends ******
9. Cleaning: 30 Minutes
10. Universal prayer: 15 Minutes: All sisters and brothers throughout the world are being filled with love and devotion and real faith is growing stronger in their hearts.
11. Snatch a few minutes at bed time and pray to God with a sincere heart for his guidance and support on the path of duty. [From Reality at Dawn, Chapter 7: Constant Remembrance, first page].
12. Maxim 10 (yes we forget this one): Feeling the presence of God, repent for any wrongs committed unintentionally.
13. Meditation on point A for 10 minutes. This is a really short but extremely effective practice.
14. Prayer Meditation: Before we retire for the night, take a few minutes to meditate on the meaning of the prayer.
15. Go to bed at a time which allows 7-8 hours of sleep and wake up before sunrise next morning.
